  When Sam finished the work in our apartment, he said to count on him for any project in the future. My husband and I feel lucky that Sam is part of our life now. He is responsive and reliable, creative and resourceful. We are very pleased with how our living room looks, newly painted with pictures hung in new places, and shelves in the den painted and reorganized. Our apartment project was small but important to us, and Sam listened patiently, understood exactly what we wanted, came up with suggestions and solutions, and got the job done efficiently and on time. He brought in artisans who are experts in their field and he carefully explained what was needed and they followed through cheerfully and professionally. Sam was very much the project leader because he has studied every aspect of house design and repair and is knowledgeable and experienced. Sam is a very pleasant and interesting and interested project partner who is now a friend.

  Sam was very helpful choosing materials for the job, showing a larger sample so that choosing was made easier, communicating timing, followup and installation were done very well.
